Violet Rift was founded in 2018 by Dr. Victoria Hayes, a former university professor who witnessed countless talented individuals held back by fear of public speaking. After helping thousands of students overcome their anxiety, she realized the need for accessible, transformative speaking education beyond academia.
Today, Violet Rift has trained over 10,000 speakers across Australia and internationally, from nervous first-timers to confident executives commanding boardrooms.
